Improvements

• The name of the product has changed, from V12-DBE to INM V12 Database
• The INM V12 Database Editor (formerly known as the V12 Tool) has been redesigned, giving it a fresh look and feel
• A new First Steps hands-on tutorial was developed, which uses an e-catalog example project
• New INM V12 Database logos were created
• The User Manual and Methods Reference have been combined into one PDF document, for easy access
• V12 Database Behaviors were updated with dot-syntax in the Lingo code
