Bug fixes

• Memory leaks during importation [Fixed]
• Crash on Mac when opening nonexistent V12 database from Shockwave on a web site [Fixed]
• V12 Download functions have been adapted to work with Director MX 2004.
• New method mClose() has been added, for V12 database and V12 tables. This resolves issues with instances not being fully destroyed in Director MX 2004 on Windows.
• Media files in Director MX 2004 were being treated as pre-Director 7 media files and were not stored and retrieved correctly [Fixed]
