INM offers free basic support on all our products to both license owners and to clients evaluating INM products. As priority is given to license owners, be sure to include your license number when contacting INM Support.
Knowledge Base: here you will find all product technotes and frequently-asked questions (FAQs).
Discussion Forums: get advice, help, feedback from INM staff and other developers in the Director and Authorware communities or simply discuss the latest issues affecting the industry.
Support Ticket: If you cannot find your answer in our Knowledge Base or Discussion Forums, please submit a ticket, and one of our Technical Support Specialists will be able to assist you.
Need support specific to your project? We have several options:
Developer Assistance: we offer supplemental, emergency and rescue programming services as well as help in getting your project started and pointed in the right direction.
Custom Xtras: if you can't find the Xtra you need, we can customize one of our own Xtras, or develop one specifically for your requirements.
Programming Expertise: depending on your needs, we can either help with a specific portion of your project, or we can manage and develop it entirely from concept to completion. |
